Mending Broken Hairs
Does the idea of facing another Valentine’s Day with desperately thirsty and frazzled ends seem daunting to you? The “Love” Day is looming, you have an intriguing evening planned with that special someone or even an enchanting evening alone but when you look in the mirror all you can think of is “how do I entrance with this mop on my head?” Has the mid-winter stress kidnapped your hair and you find that it’s dingy, droopy perhaps even broken; leaving you feeling like you’ll never find the perfect partner to achieve lustrous and luscious hair?
Well here’s a balm for your hair’s aching heart….The Diva Remedy! Just ten minutes to whip up the Diva Remedy and thirty minutes of processing and voila! You’re hair is freer than Patty Hearst after her release. Follow the instructions below to the letter and your hair will enchant your beloved, your date, yourself, your mother! This Valentine’s Day you’ll be Cupid’s own Diva.The Diva Remedy
Ingredients: Deep Cleansing Shampoo – Try Ion’s Clarifying Shampoo, Crede’s ER Hair Treatment, Vitamin E Capsules (or oil), An Avocado Sliver (without the peel please), Light Mayonnaise (Brand of Choice), Distilled Water, Whisk or Electric Beater, Four Large Hair Clips or Butterfly Clips, Large White Hand Towel, Microwave, Plastic Bag, Inspiring Zumba DVD or Blue Ray Disc, Acid/Cream Rinse Try this Chamovera Cream Rinse
1. Shampoo your hair and scalp twice fully with deep cleansing shampoo (don’t worry if your ends are dried or broken, they’ll survive the shampoo). Try …. Deep cleansing shampoo
2. Squeeze out (do not rub) all of the excess water out of your hair until it stops dripping
3. In a large plastic bowl add four – six tablespoons of Crede’s ER Hair Treatment***
4. Pour in the oil from 3 Vitamin E capsules
5. Add in one sliver of avocado (without the peel please!)
6. Add ½ Teaspoon of Light Mayonnaise (you don’t want a fat head now do you?)
7. Add 4 ounces of distilled water
8. Whip up your Diva Remedy vigorously and thoroughly for at least one minute. You can be hard core and do it with a hand whisk or you can be a real diva and use your electric beater J
9. Separate your hair into four sections holding each section separate with your large/butterfly hair clips: Right Wing, Left Wing (No, this will not affect your political persuasions), Top Back, Bottom Back
10. Beginning on Top (either right or left wing), slather on your Diva Remedy from scalp to ends with your fingers. Wrap the entire section into a bun like circle on top of your head. If your hair is too short for this just leave the section hanging until you finish the entire head.
11. Do the opposite wing and then the two back sections, each time beginning with the top section and plopping each section on top of your head (like any other fabulous diva). Make sure you use the entire batch so that your head feels as if there’s a moist, gooey cap on top of your head.
12. When finished applying make certain all of the hair is either on top of your head or as close to on top of your head as possible.
13. Wet the Hand Towel thoroughly with warm water until it’s sopping wet. Squeeze out thoroughly.
14. Place in the Microwave for 30 seconds
15. Nuke that puppy!
16. After 30 seconds remove it from the microwave carefully.
17. Wrap it around your head like a pre-performance makeup headband
18. Place the Plastic bag on top of the towel and close shut with one of the hair clips.
19. Insert the Zumba DVD or Blue Ray Disc
20. Spend the next thirty minutes working up a sweat and having a ball!!!
21. After the sweatfest, remove the bag and towel, separate the hair until it lays vertical (make certain there’s air getting to the scalp) and let cool for 5 minutes.
22. Jump in the shower, wash your body, and rinse your hair thoroughly.
23. Squeeze out the excess water and run a little Acid (or Finishing Rinse) through your ends (but not on your scalp)
24. Rinse, towel dry your body and hair (squeezing not rubbing)
25. Do not shampoo for 48 hours!
26. Style as usual. Stay away from finishing products with oils and/or silicones until your next shampoo.
***Extra Thick Hair might need up to 8 Tablespoons of ER Hair Treatment

How to Ward Off Hair Voodoo from a Vengeful Ex-Hairstylist
When you look in the mirror do you ever wonder if a vengeful ex-hairstylist/colorist did a hex on your hair and that’s why it never looks right? You comb the magazines for hair tips. You try every product on the market. You plea with your current stylist/colorist to give you the magic potion that will rid you of that hair hex but it still looks limp, lank and lackluster.
Well here’s a way to leave that bewitched hair behind forever. Shampoo, shampoo, shampoo, and just for good measure…shampoo again! A Balancing Shampoo (see instructions below) once every two weeks is the perfect remedy for dull, flat, and unmanageable hair. Make certain you use Iso’s Pure Cleanse Shampoo and Reparative Conditioner from Prive and finish off with a splash of Schwarzkopf Time Restore Leave In Conditioner for best results.
And in no time you’ll transform those cursed locks into blessed tresses.And once you’ve resuscitated your famished hair, premiere it by adding a pair of dana michele double-drop petite Infinity Heart medallion earrings and place a delicate diamond shaped Infinity heart medallion necklace around your neck. Here’s how to do a BALANCING SHAMPOO:
1. Brush hair out with a wood-based, boar bristle brush
2. Wet hair thoroughly
3. Apply a quarter-sized dollop of Pure Cleanse Shampoo in palm.
4. Evenly distribute throughout the hair at the scalp only! (If you do not have enough just add a bit more shampoo to your palm)
5. Massage the shampoo into your scalp with slow, even pressure for 30 seconds
6. Rinse thoroughly
7. Repeat at least two more times, three if your hair is thick and/or greasy by nature
8. Make certain shampoo is completely rinsed with the last rinsing
9. “Squeeze” excess water from hair (you can even use a hand towel to get the excess moisture out)
10. Apply a nickel-sized dollop (for thick or super long hair) or a dime-sized dollop (for fine or shorter hair) to palm and apply evenly throughout ends. Do Not comb through.
11. Leave in for 5 minutes
12. Rinse well and make certain hair feels smooth but not slimy or rough.
13. Squeeze out excess water once you get out of the shower
14. Apply a dash of Leave in conditioner to the ends and comb through
15. Style as usual but use no styling products right after a balancing shampoo.
16. Make certain you enjoy your liberated hair!
